Due to the intimate nature of the products sold on this website, and for the peace of mind of all of our customers, LUVOQA does not accept returns for reasons of dissatisfaction or ordinary wear and tear—all sales are final.
Once an order has shipped from one of our warehouses, the items contained therein cannot be resold or handled in keeping with industry standards of health and hygiene, regardless of whether or not the customer opens the items upon receipt.
In the unusual event that an item has a manufacturing defect, please first contact the manufacturer itself. The large majority of the brands that we carry offer comprehensive warranties on their products.
Should an item have a manufacturing defect, and the manufacturer does not offer a warranty on the item, you may request a return authorization in order to obtain a same replacement item or equivalent store credit. We do not issue refunds. LUVOQA will not accept items returned without a return authorization—do not attempt to return an item without making a request and obtaining approval.
In order to qualify for an exchange or store credit, you must be able to meet the below 4 return conditions and procedures.
Return conditions and procedures
- Manufacturer must not offer a warranty on the item
- Customer reports manufacturing defect within 30 days of shipping date
- Customer requests return and obtains approval from LUVOQA
- Item is returned unused and in original packaging
