LUVOQA has as a top priority the privacy and discretion of our customers.

Secure Customer Data

All payment data submitted during checkout is encrypted and secure—LUVOQA is PCI-DSS (Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard) compliant and SSL enabled.

As is necessary to process and ship orders, we collect and store the contact data submitted by our customers during checkout. We store contact data in multiple Tier III data centers across the United States. We do not store payment data. We never sell information about our customers or their orders to any third party.

Your card statement will not show LUVOQA or products purchased. Instead, charges will appear on your statement under the name of our parent company, "NUBAIRE & CO".

 

Email Communication

LUVOQA only sends emails to prompt order completion, confirm orders, notify customers about backorders, confirm shipping, and request service reviews. We never automatically opt in customers to any mailing list for marketing or promotional purposes.

 

Domestic shipping

LUVOQA offers free, discreet ground shipping on all orders.

In order to ensure the discretion of our customers, products ship in plain, unmarked boxes listing "Shipping Department" or "ETC" as the sender, and not LUVOQA.

Orders process within 24 business hours and ship shortly thereafter. Orders are typically delivered to customers within 2-7 days, depending on the chosen shipping method. Please note that orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands will require more time for delivery.

 

International shipping

LUVOQA currently ships to the US only. However, customers may ship their orders to a consolidation and international forwarding service. Certain terms and conditions apply:

  • We only ship to consolidation/forwarding services that assess products to determine whether or not it is legally permissible to send them to your country of receipt, such as MyUSShopUSA, or Shipito.
  • Products that ship to a consolidation/forwarding service are exempt from our Return Policy. Please note that shipping your order to such a service may also void any warranty on products purchased.
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring that the voltage, frequency, and plug type of products purchased are compatible with the power outlets or mains power in your country of receipt.
  • Once your order ships to the US-based receiving address of the consolidation/forwarding service of your choice, our service is complete. We are not liable in the event that your order is lost or damaged by the consolidation/forwarding service.
