In the unusual event that an item has a manufacturing defect, and the manufacturer itself does not offer a warranty on the item, you may request a return authorization in order to obtain a same replacement item or equivalent store credit. We do not issue refunds. LUVOQA will not accept items returned without a return authorization—do not attempt to return an item without making a request and obtaining approval.
