1. I’m a first-time buyer or beginner—where should I start?

3. How do you protect my privacy?

As is necessary to process and ship orders, we collect and store the contact information provided by our customers during the checkout process. We do not store payment information. We never sell information about our customers, or their orders, to any third party.

LUVOQA only sends emails to prompt order completion, confirm orders, notify customers about backorders, confirm shipping, and request service reviews. We never automatically opt in customers to any mailing list for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. How do you ensure discreet shipping?

In order to ensure the discretion of our customers, products ship in plain, unmarked boxes listing "Shipping Department" or "ETC" as the sender, and not LUVOQA.

5. How old do I have to be to place an order?

Current US law requires that customers be at least 18 years old in order to purchase sex toys.

Please note that LUVOQA may cancel any purchase without being liable for damages or costs if we have reason to believe that you are under 18 years old, per our Terms of Service.


6. Will my order include sales tax?

Customers only pay sales tax for orders that ship to addresses within New York State (as LUVOQA is based in New York City).


7. Can I ship my order to a PO box?

Yes, you may ship your order to a PO box. All such orders will ship through USPS.


8. Can I ship my order to an APO/FPO/DPO address?

Yes, you may ship your order to an APO/FPO/DPO address. All such orders will ship through USPS.


9. Can I ship my order internationally?

No, we do not offer international shipping at this time. All orders must ship to addresses within the US.


10. Can I track my order once it has shipped?

Yes, once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.


11. Can I cancel or modify my order?

Once an order has shipped from one of our warehouses, we are unable to cancel or modify the order, as the items contained therein cannot be resold or handled in keeping with industry best practices of health and hygiene.

LUVOQA typically processes orders within 24 business hours. If an order has yet to ship, you may contact customer service to cancel or modify the order.


12. Can I return or exchange my order?

Due to the intimate nature of the products sold on this website, and in order to ensure that all of our customers receive only new, unopened items, LUVOQA does not accept returns for reasons of dissatisfaction or ordinary wear and tear. We implement this measure as a part of our overall commitment to safety.

In keeping with industry best practices of health and hygiene, once an order has shipped from one of our warehouses the items contained therein cannot be resold or handled, regardless of whether or not upon receipt the items are opened.

If an item has a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer does not offer a warranty on the item, you may request a return authorization in order to obtain a same replacement item or equivalent store credit. We are unable to issue refunds. LUVOQA will not accept items returned without a return authorization—please do not attempt to return an item without making a request for and obtaining a return authorization.
