Placing an Order
How old do I have to be to place an order?
You must be at least 18 years old to place an order.
LUVOQA may cancel any purchase without being liable for damages or costs if we have reason to believe that you are under 18 years old, per our Terms of Service.
What payment methods do you accept?
LUVOQA currently accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit, debit, and prepaid gift cards, as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay.
Do you accept international credit cards?
Yes. LUVOQA accepts international Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Orders placed using an international credit card may take up to 3 days to finalize before being processed.
Do you accept virtual, single-use credit cards?

Yes. LUVOQA accepts Apple Store Gift Cards. You will need to redeem your Apple Store Gift Card using the Apple Wallet app on your iPhone or iPad. Once this is done, you should be able to place your order using Apple Pay.
Do you accept other gift cards?
No. Not directly. But you can exchange your other gift card for an Apple Store Gift Card through Cardpool or similar websites.
Do you accept Bitcoin?
No. Not directly. But you can pay for your order using a Bitcoin to dollars Visa debit card, such as BitPay Card.
Is it safe to use my card on your website?
Yes. It is safe for you to use your card on our website. LUVOQA is SSL enabled and PCI DSS compliant. All of the payment information you submit during checkout is secure and encrypted.
How will the charge appear on my card statement?
Your card statement will not show LUVOQA or any products purchased. Instead, charges will appear on your statement under the name of our parent company, "NUBAIRE & CO".
Do you collect sales tax?
LUVOQA only collects sales tax for orders that ship to addresses within New York State, as we are based in New York City.
Shipping and Delivery
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes. LUVOQA offers free, discreet ground shipping on all orders of $75 or more.
Is shipping discreet?
Yes. Shipping is discreet. All orders ship in plain, unmarked boxes listing "Shipping Department" or "ETC" as the sender, and not LUVOQA.
Can I ship my order to a PO box?
Yes. You can ship your order to a PO box. All such orders must ship through USPS.
Can I ship my order to an APO/FPO/DPO address?
Yes. You can ship your order to an APO/FPO/DPO address. All such orders must ship through USPS. Orders shipping to an APO/FPO/DPO address will require more time for delivery.
Can I ship my order to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands?
Yes. You can ship your order to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, or the US Virgin Islands. All such orders must ship through USPS. Orders shipping to these states or territories will require more time for delivery.
Do you offer international shipping?
No. LUVOQA does not offer international shipping at this time.
Can I ship my order to a forwarding service?
No. LUVOQA is unable to ship to forwarding services.
Can I track my order once it has shipped?
Yes. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number and carrier information.
Can I modify my order?
Yes. Under certain conditions. If your order has yet to process, you can contact customer service to modify your order. LUVOQA typically processes orders within 24 business hours. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to modify your order.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes. Under certain conditions. If your order has yet to process, you can contact customer service to cancel your order. LUVOQA typically processes orders within 24 business hours. Once your order has been processed, we are unable to cancel your order.
Returns and Exchanges
I don't like my purchase. Can I return it for a refund?
No. Due to the intimate nature of the products sold on this website, and to ensure that all of our customers receive only new, unopened items, LUVOQA does not accept returns for reasons of dissatisfaction and we are unable to issue refunds.
I didn’t receive my package. Can I get a replacement?
Yes. Under certain conditions. Once your order has shipped, the carrier is solely responsible for the delivery of your package. If you believe your package has been lost or stolen but carrier records indicate that it was delivered to the shipping address you provided during checkout, LUVOQA is not responsible for providing a replacement.
If you provided an incorrect shipping address during checkout but carrier records indicate that your package was delivered to this address, LUVOQA is not responsible for providing a replacement. If you provided an incorrect shipping address during checkout and carrier records indicate that your package was returned to sender, you may request a one-time courtesy reshipment to a corrected shipping address upon receipt of the returned package by LUVOQA.
Tips to prevent lost, stolen, or undeliverable packages:
- Double check the shipping address you enter during checkout before submitting your order
- Specify in the order comments field during checkout that the carrier should leave the package at your back or side door or somewhere out of sight at your home
- Consider installing a plainly visible security camera where you receive packages at your home
- Consider installing a secure package delivery box where you receive packages at your home
- Ship to a PO box
My purchase has a defect. Can I exchange it?
Yes. Under certain conditions. In the unusual event that an item has a manufacturing defect, please first contact the manufacturer directly to make a warranty claim and seek an exchange.
If an item has a manufacturing defect and the manufacturer does not offer a warranty on the item, you may request a return authorization to obtain a same replacement item or equivalent store credit from LUVOQA. We are unable to issue refunds. Please see our Return Policy.
